Grafiks Grafiks

Window film systems for the glass you already have.

Grafiks supplies and installs Madico window film in Beirut and across Lebanon, as a Madico SafetyShield Premier Partner. Select the work your windows have to do.

The certification, and what it covers

Madico is the only window film manufacturer holding UL 972 anti-intrusion certification. That is a certification rather than a marketing claim, and anyone can check it.

Grafiks is a Madico SafetyShield Premier Partner, which is Madico's certified installer credential. It is why the manufacturer's warranty covers the installed system rather than the roll of film, and SafetyShield safety film and its anchoring systems are supplied only through certified installation.

ASTM E-84 measures surface burning characteristics. It is a material surface test, not a classification of how a glass assembly behaves in a fire, and nothing of that kind is claimed for the system.

SafetyShield 1500 with 4-sided FrameGard anchoring

Window film applied conventionally is a daylight application. It is cut to the visible edge of the glass, so the strip of glass that sits under the frame is never covered, and a filmed pane with an untreated edge can be levered out of its frame in one piece.

FrameGard clamps the film mechanically into the frame on all four sides, so the load runs from the glass, through the film, into the frame and into the building. That is the difference between a pane that holds and a pane that is removed intact.

Three lines of work

How a job runs

  1. Survey

Your windows are assessed on site by a certified installer. Pane sizes, frame type, access, the condition of the existing glass, and which areas carry the priority.

  2. Specification

A written specification naming the film, the anchoring system where one applies, and the standards that configuration is tested against.

  3. Supply

Product ordered factory-direct from Madico in Pinellas Park, Florida. Grafiks manufactures nothing.

  4. Installation

Supervised installation on the existing glass in a finished building. No glass replacement, no frame replacement, no scaffolding and no closure. Out of hours where the building cannot stop.

  5. After-sales

The manufacturer's warranty on the installed system rather than the film alone, issued through the Madico SafetyShield Premier Partner programme, with maintenance support afterwards.

The site survey is carried out by a certified installer. A specification and a price come from the person who saw the windows.
